The 4th Annual Eastman GPS Challenge
July 16 - August 9, 2010

The 4th Annual Eastman GPS Challenge, which takes place from July 16 to August 9, 2010, is the perfect summer adventure for anyone! Discover some of the exciting and beautiful sites that Manitoba has to offer and take part in activities that you may have never tried. This exciting treasure hunt will bring families and friends together as they search for hidden caches with their hand-held GPS.

The Challenge is to visit each of the 12 locations between July 16 and August 9 to find the hidden caches and answer the fun trivia questions. The Challenge Guide is set up as a Bingo card with the coordinates and trivia in each square. The question can be answered when you find the cache. Don't forget to put the stickers on your bingo card once you find the caches in order to complete a Bingo line! Try out the fun activities or services each place has to offer! Find your cache by horseback or walk on old trails that were once used by traders long ago. Try mazes, zip lines, and much more! (Note: some locations may charge a small fee to take part in certain activities offered. Finding caches by foot in this Challenge, however, is always free!)

Keep an eye out for hidden Geocoins in the caches. Two new coins will be placed in caches for each of the three weeks the Challenge runs for.

Win a Book of Savings when you visit the participating locations. The more caches you find, the more coupons you win!

Your Challenge Guide will be sent to you along with further instructions after you register.
Find these coins and more hidden in the caches!

To register for this FREE event or find out more, please contact:

Phone: 204-371-9185

Registrations will be accepted until August 9, 2010.

We would love to hear your feedback about the spot reward program. Did you receive a prize or do you have an idea for prizes we can hand out? Let us know! brokenheadriverrec@yahoo.ca
Thank you (merci) to everyone for your part in making this week of garden tours a walk in the park. We couldn't have done it without you.
